Terms of Service.

What we provide

Lightmorphic designs and builds a custom static HTML website for your business, and hosts it.

  • First year (design, build, and hosting): £499. This is a launch price, available for one year from our launch until 30 June 2027; new clients after that date will be quoted our regular market rate.
  • From year two onwards: hosting continues at £99 a year.
  • Two small changes a month included (text edits, image swaps, opening hours, and similar).
  • Larger work, such as new pages or a redesign, is quoted separately before we start.

Lightmorphic Chat

Lightmorphic Chat, our live chat widget, is included with every site at no extra cost for as long as the annual hosting is active. It may be split into a separate product in future, but any site already using it for free keeps it free for the life of that site.

Turnaround

Once your specifications are fully confirmed, your site goes live within 3 working days.

Your data and leaving at any time

You can leave at any time. On request, we hand over your complete site files, your form submissions, and your analytics data, and you're free to host them anywhere. There is no lock-in and no penalty for leaving.

Payment and cancellation

The first year's fee is payable before work begins. The annual renewal is billed yearly from your site's launch anniversary; if you choose not to renew, your site is taken offline, but your files remain available to you on request for a reasonable period afterwards.

Acceptable use

Sites must be used for lawful purposes and must accurately represent your business. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue hosting a site that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful.

Liability

We aim for high availability and take security seriously, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime or third-party service interruptions outside our control.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly by email.
