- A visitor clicks to chat. They just enter their email, that's the only thing the widget ever asks for.
- They get one private link. No password, no app to install, no history to lose. That link is their conversation.
- Common questions get answered instantly. Lightmorphic Chat checks every message against your FAQ and replies straight away when it's confident, pricing, opening hours, "do you deliver to…", the questions you answer fifty times a week.
- You're only pinged when it matters. If a question needs a real answer from you, you get one notification, not an inbox full of noise, and you reply from your own private dashboard.
